TERMS OF SERVICE

Upon ordering a commission, you agree that you have read and understood the Terms of Service listed below. The artist has the right to change and update the Terms of Service at any given time.

CONTACT:

You can contact me via email through the contacts page, Twitter DMs (direct messages), Instagram DMs, or Discord (SIR MEKA#0556).
Keep the message cool and a little formal. DO NOT contact me for small talk unless we are close.
You are to provide me full reference sheets of your given character. A turnaround will be of great help (not mandatory).
When placing an order, be specific for which category you want me to draw your character as (fullbody, halfbody, headshot, etc).
If you are to provide me details on how you want me to draw your character or background, please describe the details as clearly as possible. You can link to me various references for me to take inspiration from or draw a quick sketch of your idea then send it to me.

CHARACTERS FROM DIFFERENT OWNERS:

If the character you are providing is owned by a different person, be sure that you asked for permission from the owner. Also provide screenshots of you and the owner's discourse.
If the order contains multiple characters owned by different people, ONLY ONE PERSON is allowed to contact me.

PAYMENT:

You must be at least 15 years old to order commissions.
Payment must be made via Paypal. I do not accept other forms of payment. This includes gift cards, coupons, and trades. I also do not accept down payments or other payment plans.
Upon order, you have until 24 hours to fulfill the payment of the commission before I start working on it. Beyond 24 hours, your slot will be nulled and I have the right to give it to the next client. No appeals.
Please be sure that after the payment, refunds and cancellations CANNOT BE FULFILLED.
Explicit and illegal content and media such as drug abuse and sexual activities as forms of negotiation are PROHIBITED. You will be automatically banned with no chance for appeal from ordering commissions from me.

TURNAROUND TIMES:

My schedule operates on a first come first served basis. Do not push me to do yours first when you are not the first client in line.
Turnaround for all categories range from 4 - 10 working days after payment (no weekends).
If you wish to have your commission done within 1-3 consecutive days after payment, the price of your commission will double.

PROCESS:

WIPs (work in progress) for every step (sketch, lineart, coloring, etc) will be provided by me via the same method of contact we used for approval.
Please be aware that I have the artistic liberty to work on your commission when not provided the exact details and ideas wanted by the client.
If you are unsatisfied of the finished commission and want me to draw a new one from scratch, you will be charged the same price of the original commission.
Once the finished commission is done and received by the client, you have 3 days free to contact me to make more changes to the piece in case I missed out on necessary details. Changes beyond 3 days will not be entertained.

THE ARTIST AND YOU:

When ordering a commission, you agree that you grant me the right to draw your piece in my own style and preference. Do not push me to replicate another artist's art style or test me beyond my artistic ability.
You also grant me the power that I can modify your character's color schemes, clothing, and style to fit with my standards on aesthetics. Do not limit me to use limited color palettes or art styles.

ARTIST'S RIGHTS:

I have the right to keep your commission as part of my portfolio, web content, and social media content as ways to promote myself. If you wish for a takedown, kindly contact me via email or DMs.
I have the right to refuse a commission from a client if they violated the Terms of Service, harassed and abused the artist, or if the offer is beyond my artistic abilities.

CLIENT'S RIGHTS:

You have the right to post or share the commission you have received. However, making profit out of it or distributing it for illegal means is PROHIBITED.
You have the right to credit me when posting or sharing the finished commission on any social media site or personal site.
You have ZERO RIGHTS to edit the commission, remove my watermark and signatures, trace over the piece, and/or claim it as yours. I will file a DMCA takedown on the post containing the edited commission.
You are free to make the commission be a part of your design components such as desktop wallpapers, phone wallpapers, social media banners, and avatars/icons as long as you give proper credit on the description/bio.
